Frequently Asked Questions
Orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Each bed is constructed with a reinforced foam core wrapped in ultra-soft premium plush velvet fabric. The sleeping surface is a quilted satin-finish cushion with hypoallergenic fill. All materials are child-safe, non-toxic, and meet CPSIA safety standards.
PrincessNaps beds are designed for toddlers and young children ages 2–6. The low-profile entry makes it easy for little ones to climb in and out safely on their own.
Minimal assembly required. The bed arrives in two pieces — the base and the canopy top — which connect in under 5 minutes with no tools needed. Just unbox, connect, and fluff.
The outer velvet cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. The inner cushion can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and warm water. Air dry recommended — no bleach, no tumble dry.
Each bed measures approximately 42" L × 34" W × 38" H (varies slightly by design). The sleeping cavity fits a standard crib-size mattress or the included quilted cushion. Compact enough for any bedroom or playroom.

My daughter literally ran to her bed at bedtime for the first time EVER. She calls it her castle and won't let anyone else sit in it. The velvet is so soft and the quality is insane for the price. Already looking at the carriage one for my niece.

I was nervous ordering something like this online but oh my god. When I tell you the pictures don't do it justice — it's even more gorgeous in person. My 3-year-old thinks she's an actual princess now. The little glowing windows are her favorite part. Worth every single penny.

Bought the teal one for my daughter's birthday and she SCREAMED when she saw it. Assembly took like 5 minutes. It's so sturdy — she jumps in and out of it all day and it hasn't budged. The fabric cleans easy too. 10/10.

Super cute and well made. Only reason for 4 stars is shipping took a little longer than expected but they gave me tracking and it showed up exactly when updated. My daughter sleeps in it every single night now. Getting the pink one next.
